1. What shipping methods do you use?
We will use international express DHL, EMS, UPS, Fedex, Aramex, RPX. We can also ship by sea on request.
2. What is the dispatch time?
Normally, goods can be dispatched within 3 working days after payment has been received.
Please note that this does not include holidays or weekends.
3. How many days does shipping take?
It depends on which shipping method you select and your location. Please see below estimated shipping time for your reference.
EMS 5-10 workdays
DHL 3-7 workdays
UPS 3-5 workdays
FEDEX 3-7 workdays
Aramex 3-7 workdays
For Standard Shipping, it usually takes 8 -15 business days to most destination countries in the world.
The tracking number will usually be trackable on the respective courier website 1 to 2 days after we have shipped the goods. Occasionally, there may be a slight delay before the package(s) become trackable while they are logged by the respective shipping company. This is outside our control so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.
4. How to know the shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the Shipping method(DHL, EMS, UPS, FEDEX, ARAMEX, RPX or Sea Transportation) + destination country + Weight of the order.
When you check out, our system will calculate the shipping cost of different shipping method according to your order weight and your location. You can compare first and then choose a suitable way.
When the weight of your order arrived 30 kg+, please contact with us to get the discount for shipping , as big order the shipping fee is different, the more you buy the shipping fee will be more cheap.
5. About the local taxes and import duties？
Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and they are not included in the amount shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties.
Before you start to order or import larger quantities of Chinese goods to your country, please research the law and import practices in your country.
Kindly note that the amount you pay to Lover-Pretty just includes item price + shipping cost, not include any other additional charges.
6. How to get tax less or free upon import?
Any import charges or fees need to be paid by buyers. In order to ensure that you receive your order with less or free tax upon import, we will declare it as a “GIFT” or “SAMPLE” with a lower value.
This lower price does not reflect the total price you paid or the real market value and may not apply to some countries with different tariff rules.
If you need to declare the true value, or have any other requests, please write down the information on the “Notes” when you complete the order.
7.Will you send me the tracking number?
Once goods have been dispatched, a Shipping Notification email will be emailed to you with a tracking number and the tracking link, so you can track your parcel on the carrier’s website. You can also log in your account to check the tracking number .
